Patricia Gilman, LREB

As a native New Yorker, Patricia Gilman is intimately familiar with all areas of the city. Having lived on the Upper West Side for over 20 years, she knows the new buildings, old buildings, tall buildings and brownstones. If you are in the market for a rental, condo, or co-op, contact her. She believes that establishing a level of trust, credibility and comfort between the client and the broker are the keys to a successful relationship. Whatever the size of the deal, she gives her all to her clients. Honesty, integrity, and intelligence are her core strengths. Patricia provides her clients with what they need and want, and not just in terms of finding the right apartment, but also research and recommendations for contractors, architects, schools, doctors, nannies and tutors, whatever is necessary for a smooth transition to their new home. Taking the time to learn their client's requirements, concerns, and desires is what makes a truly great agent and Patricia maintains that listening is what it's all about. Knowing the market is essential and in NYC change is constant so you need to be vigilant.

Patricia has a Master’s degree in Non Profit Management and spent quite a few years as a successful fundraiser, so communication is one of her assets. She specializes in the Upper West Side, Harlem, and Midtown and pretty much anywhere else in Manhattan where you would like to live! In 2013 she received both the Top Producer Award and the Platinum Sales Award from City Solutions.

Outside of real estate Patricia has many interests, photography being a very big and important one. She volunteers at the American Museum of Natural History. And of course, her family.
